Last night for FHE we went to the mall to visit Santa. Tatum and Graesie were so excited to see him. Graesie brought him a homemade card wishing him a Merry Christmas (brown-nosing maneuver? perhaps.) Tatum wasn't scared at all this year, she walked right up to him and said "HI SANTA!" and hopped on his lap. Graesie asked for a Nintendo DS in blue. Tatum asked for a pink princess pony book and some sparkles (I'm sure he appreciated her under $10 request.) Yardie refused to visit with Santa in all her pre-teen-ness, but Graesie filled him in on what she wanted. We were able to get her in the picture though. He was darling with them, and there were no other kids there, so we were able to take our time. Then we walked around the mall. It was a very nice evening with the kids.

So cute. It is the best when they are finally get over being scared of Santa. Love that. I should have given my list to Graesie too so she could tell Santa what I wanted.
